Data collected

• Client account: first name, last name, e-mail address and password (stored encrypted, never readable).
• Newsletter: e-mail address, chosen language, sign-up and confirmation dates.
• Contact and appointment requests: the information you send us (name, contact details, message).

Purposes and legal bases

• Managing your account and appointments (performance of the service requested).
• Sending you the newsletter, only after you confirm by e-mail (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• Answering your requests (legitimate interest).

Recipients

Your data is never sold. It is processed by our technical providers, only for these purposes: the website's hosting, Cloudflare (delivery and security of the website), Brevo (sending e-mails) and our online booking tool.

Retention

Account data is kept as long as the account exists. The newsletter address is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact requests are kept as long as needed to answer them.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement. It only stores in your browser your language, the light or dark theme and, when you are signed in, your session. The map (OpenStreetMap) and the online booking are external services that may apply their own rules.

Your rights

You may at any time access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing or ask for its portability, by writing to [email protected]. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
