Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Leyna Nails Spa & Beauty, Rue des Fripiers 23, 1000 Bruxelles: nail, facial and body care, waxing, make-up and gift vouchers. Booking an appointment implies accepting them.

Appointments

Treatments are by appointment, by phone (+32 489 88 85 55), by e-mail ([email protected]) or through the online booking on the website. Please arrive a few minutes early: a significant delay may shorten the treatment or require rescheduling.

Cancellation

Any appointment can be cancelled or moved free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. After late cancellations or repeated no-shows, the institute may ask for a deposit for future appointments. [To be completed according to your rules.]

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included, on the website's price list and at the institute. They may change at any time; the price applicable is the one in force on the day of the treatment. Payment is made at the institute, after the treatment. [Accepted payment methods: to be completed.]

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher [to be completed, for example one year]. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.

Health and safety

Please tell us before the treatment about any allergy, pregnancy, medical treatment or contraindication. The institute may refuse or adapt a treatment if the client's health requires it. Our treatments are cosmetic and do not replace medical advice.

Complaints

Any complaint about a treatment must reach us within 48 hours, by e-mail to [email protected]. We will always look for an amicable solution (a free touch-up if needed).

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's statutory rights.
